In 1964, in the quiet lanes of Nagapattinam, Dhanalaxmi Mudaliar stood at the stove, not measuring, yet perfecting. Her dosas were crisp, her chutneys soul-touching, and her kitchen always full of people, stories and joy.
Her daughter-in-law Meenu did more than learn the recipe. She turned its unwritten magic into a precise, repeatable process without losing its soul.
Meenu's son Shivam grew up knowing no dosa outside ever matched the one at home. His vision: bring the pure, hygienic, authentic and affordable food he grew up with to everyone.
In 2022, the first Meenu's Dosa outlet was born: a grandmother's love, a mother's artistry and a son's honest vision. A taste of home, made with the belief that the best food is a legacy of love, served with care.
